Great Baked Goods in Israel

It's been 9 months since my trip to Israel (& Egypt) and it just hit me that I have not written a single blog post about the entire trip. Trying to recall my food experiences in Israel, I have to admit, I was a little surprised that there isn't a predominant cuisine in Israel. The food is Western and Middle Eastern. What I do recall is that there are brilliant baked goods in both Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.  Here are some pics.
